Second Angel Fund I, LLC is a real estate focused fund. The fund, managed by Second Angel Bancorp, targets consistent returns of 10 percent to 11 percent and combines an optimal combination of solid returns with low risk.

Cumulative returns of 12% were generated for investors in the Fund's first year of operations, returns that are among the highest in our industry.

The Fund invests in bridge loans, providing short-term funding to businessmen and builders. The loans are conservative and are secured by commercial real estate.

We focus on commercial construction completion loans that provide superior returns, stability and lender control. 

We make conservative, short-term bridge loans for commercial construction completion projects. The loans are secured by commercial properties that we've personally inspected. Borrowers are individuals we've personally met and interviewed. We maintain the loans in our portfolio and carefully, personally, monitor each loan's performance.

We are not involved with the subprime residential loans.
